Post Chemo side effects

After 18 weeks of chemotherapy this summer, I am dealing with CIPN ( chemo induced neuropathy), has anyone else dealt with this?
What works what should I avoid?
It's more numbness in a few toes on each foot, but it's annoying as all get out.
Thanks in advance.

  1. Hi I am sending over a couple articles from our members who experienced neuropathy, I hope this is helpful: https://prostatecancer.net/living/cancer-hijack-life-disability and https://prostatecancer.net/living/clinical-trial-experience. Jill (Team Member)

    1. @Jim Anderson: I also had issues after chemo -At first, CIPN hit my hands, then my toes. Once the chemo stopped, I slowly regained feeling in my fingers - not so with my toes. I do find that keeping hydrated helps avoid toe and leg cramps at night. My foot doctor did not offer much hope if I did not see the same amount of recovery I experienced with my fingers. Let us know if you lear something new. Dennis (ProstateCancer.net TEAM)
