My Dr. says an artificial urinary sphincter is the next step, thoughts?
I am still experiencing incontinence. I had my prostate removed 2.5 years ago and a Male Sling put in about 6 months ago. The Sling improved my leaking from 3-5 pads a day to 1-3 pads but I'm 52 and my quality of life is significantly impacted so looking for a solution.
