I've had but for 20 yrs approx and really didn't think much about it. The other day my primary Dr had me have some blood work done and when I got my results back he said my PSA was 101!!

I'm 74 yrs of age and feeling fine. I have Dr's app coming up I assume I have cancer how should I be feeling with a PSA that high? I've never heard of anyone with that high of a PSA.
