Diagnosed PC January 2017. RARP performed 3/2017. Gleason 4+3=7. "Successful?". Follow up PSAs: .15; .19; 2.0; yesterday; 2.6. In September 2017 had PET Scan with Axumin which was negative. The rate of PSA is doubling which is bad news. Appointment scheduled Friday with urologist. WHAT NOW?! Another scan? EBRT? EBRT with ADT?

What are tips for second opinion?
My urologist has financial ties to Radiation Oncologist in this market.
