Has Anyone Had Any Luck with Cunningham Clamps?
My husband has some leakage and his penis retracts or telescopes into itself. Wondered if they’d help. Share your experience in the comments.
Hi Heidi. First, let me say that it is great that you are advocating on behalf of your husband and have sought out a place you can get information and support. I can't speak personally about the Cunningham Clamp, but I did find this research article, which compared three continent management devices, including the clamp: https://bjui-journals.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1111/bju.13016. Thank you. Hopefully I will get some feedback from people who have used them . Especially if they have some of the retraction issues. He is very uncomfortable and frustrated by that issue as well.
