How to fix side effects of prostate cancer?

In May 2017 I had a TURP procedure that left me with retro ejaculation (Dry orgasm). I am now 74 and had Radical Prostatectomy Nov. 2019 followed up with Radiation Sept.-Oct. 2020. Resulted in ED and incontinence. I went through physical therapy and ended the incontinence and then May 2022 had Penile prosthesis implant and can now have a nice erection. Only have a heart breaking side effect that prevents me from even trying intercourse. When I have an orgasm, a large amount of urine comes out. Who wants to be PEED on during sex? What causes this?
