When it hits the lungs

You can look back and catch up with my story, but I think I’ve hit a new phase. Prostate cancer spread to a node on left lung. Started back on Xtandi and Lupron. I have pain across my chest at the breast level, under my arms to the upper back. It feels as if my muscles ( what’s left of them) are falling off my bones. I’m not having a heart attack and achey pain is consistent. Has anyone else had anything similar as the cancer spreads to your bones and lungs?

  1. Hi I am sure this has been very devastating for you. I really hope the medication can give you some relief. I am sending over an article from one of our advocates about their experience with this: https://prostatecancer.net/living/metastasis-meaning. And I also wanted to let you know that we have a site for lung cancer as well: https://lungcancer.net/. Sending you lots of strength. Jill, prostatecancer.net team
