Looking for opinions

I am 48 years old and PSA is reading high, MRI showed possible cancer, biopsy came back positive for cancer with Gleason at 6. Have large prostate and Dr. recommended aquablation to help with being unable to urinate at the start of trying to go until a few seconds later along with monitoring. Another Dr. recommended having prostate robotic surgery for removal of the cancer.
I am just not sure which route I should go and I am looking for opinions from anyone around my age of 48 that have experience with this. I have read all the side effects of surgery, just conflicted if I should go that route since I am younger and healthy and have a better chance of not developing the side effects.
I am currently waiting on decipher to come back which should be in a few weeks thus is why I am exploring my options but also want to gather some real life experience from others that been down this road. Thanks
