Tips for managing prostate cancer!

I was experiencing lower back aches and pains and made an appointment with my GP.
After being sent for tests it was confirmed, I had prostate cancer. This was 2019.
I had surgery and 7 years on I am feeling fine and don’t need regular check ups.
If you feel ongoing aches, pains or throbbing sensations in your lower back make an appointment.
It really could save your life.
