30 years ago I had pain in my prostate and delay and reduced flow when urinating I was scheduled to have an endescopic check through my penis. Ihad church leaders pray for me . The endescopy was unpleasant but found no problem. The pain stopped and I was back to normal. Throught 2024 I had increasing bouts of fatigue along with pain in my right leg.. As a diabetes 2 sufferer I thought the tiredness was due to increased blood sugar levels and the leg pain due to arthritis. By the beginning of 2025 my chronic fatigue had got worse. In February I visited my G.P. I did not suspect prostate cancer as I had none of the symptoms mentioned earlier. Ultimately I was told in March I had advanced prostate cancer stage 4 My PSA when diagnosed was 1530 after Hormone treatment got under way my PSA reduced to 4.3. beware you can have PC with none of the usual toilet symptoms present, just increasing fatigue. If in doubt Don`t leave it too late like I did. David
