Fluctuating PSA tests
I’ve been having fluctuating PSA tests, 3.2,4.1,5.2. Was referred to the urologist he order a PSA test and a 3TMRI. The PSA came back with a 3.7 and a free PSA of 26. The 3TMRI with and without contrast report states no lesions were found. BPH and swollen prostate.
Symptoms of prostate cancer
My symptoms of low flow and dull ache in the back of the scrotum are probably caused by BPH. I think the PSA test is good when used as a guide to look further. The doctor's office sent me an email and we are going to have a PSA test done in 6 months. Can I put my mind to rest and be comfortable with the results of the 3TMRI?
