Prostate cancerdiagnosis

Aug 2021 psa 3.5, had MRI oct4 it showed a mass had 12 core biopsy 11/8 1 core was cancer 3+4. Did 20 radiation ebrt/imrt just got done on 5/13. I am 63 years old and second-guessing myself that I should have done surgery. My side effects right now are burning when I urinate and having to go to the bathroom quite a bit if I am not taking immodian ad. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks and god bless.
