Routine check up reveals prostate cancer

PSA spoke to 4 Dr and said let’s do it again. Went down to 2. Was suspicious so did the MRI. On a scale of 5, I was “3”. Still suspicious so does the biopsy (thank god under anesthesia) found 2 spots at 5%. Decided on 28 treatments of image-guided with spacebar gel to protect the rectum.

Currently doing better

All went well. No bowel or bladder issues. Latest PSA after treatment was 1.47. Dr wasn’t concerned. I expected lower. He said it can go up and down for months and may take a year to settle down.
My concern and worry are how do I know it’s been dealt with? Some ED but mostly mental.
