The waiting game.

After seeing my oncologist in October, and 3 years on Lupron injections, I told my oncologist that if I stayed on Lupron injections every 90 days, I would wind up in assisted living because I'm so weak and getting weaker.

Change in plans

Now we'll try every 120 days with close monitoring of my PSA. If I can make it to 120 days without any change in my PSA I'll try for 150 days. Sometimes when I go for my scheduled appointments I feel like a cash cow, a visit with the oncologist a pat on the head, boot your happy ass out the door and collect the money.
