ADT options ?

I currently am going through a rise in PSA less than two yrs after having my prostate removed. Pet scan shower zero in prostate bed area but a small localized nodule on one of my lymphnodes. They are now recommending radiation along w/ ADT . So I have been reading up on ADT as from reading posts on the forum I was really hoping to avoid this therapy but as it is the industry standard for a mestasized PC no luck. But have been reading about a pill form of Relugolix (Orgonyk) that sounds a lot better than the standard Lupon injection. It is a daily pill that actually inhibits Testosterone production in your body and starts fast and ends fast when your therapy is over.....looks like this is going to be the new standard or maybe already is. It is also given with a second drug that inhibits receptor sites (called a doublet therapy....two drugs working together to acheive desired results) or three drugs for more advanced PC ( called a triplet ). I have not read here on the forum much about this newer drug therapy and was looking for some feedback from actual users as to side effects etc. Mahalo Kevin
