  1. Hi . I'm sure looking at stage 4 prostate cancer is stressful, but there are a number of treatments now available. I need to note that we are not medical professionals and, for your protection, cannot give medical advice. Every case is different and circumstances may lead a doctor in different directions. That said, there are treatments such as radioligands that can be administered in conjunction with the PSMA PET (see: https://prostatecancer.net/treatment/psma-targeted-pet-imaging). Another treatment that I know some of our contributors have used is Zytiga (see: https://prostatecancer.net/treatment/zytiga-reviews-how-well-works-side-effects). There are also other types of radiation and chemotherapy. Your doctor should be able to further discuss the options with you. Hopefully others will chime in with their thoughts and experiences. Wishing you the best and please feel free to keep us posted on how you are doing and to ask further questions. Richard (Team Member)
