I have been on Xanti and Luprom for about a year, and I cannot get over the overwhelming fatigue. Is there anyone who has found any relief for this? I am at my wits' end. This is no way to live life.

Hi . I know fatigue is one of the most prominent side effects with Xtandi (see: https://prostatecancer.net/treatment/xtandi-reviews-how-well-works-side-effects). Our contributor Tony has been living with stage 4 PCa for a number of years and wrote this article on ADT and fatigue: https://prostatecancer.net/living/adt-fatigue. There is also an extensive conversation in the comments section. In addition, here is an article on dealing with cancer related fatigue: https://prostatecancer.net/living/combating-fatigue. I hope some of this can be helpful and that others chime in with thoughts. Best, Richard (Team Member)
