Proton radiation therapy.

I live in Ocala, Fl and have been considering getting Proton therapy at UF in Jacksonville. Has anyone used this form of treatment?

    1. Proton is still rather new and consequently as it was pointed out to me there is no real history on how effective it will be over the long term. That said i know local hospitals are joining together to put one in place in Connecticut - Dennis

      1. Hi, As I do research to find the correct path for me, I read that Yale University is building a Proton Center in Wallingford. The down side is it will not be operational till 2026.

        1. thank you for sharing this valuable information. Jill (Team Member)
