radical prostectomy or radiation with antiandrogens

Hi. I am 81 and a fit person who walks a lot.I do have hypertension and hypothyroidism for which I am on medicines.I am quite confused with the doctors advise here regarding my mode of management for my prostate cancer.I have had TURP for BPH(tissue diagnosis) in 2016 when my PSA was 10.It never went below that.In 2016 it was 25 and my MRI showed up nothing. So carried on.In 2021 my PSA is 60 when my doctor ordered PET scan and biopsy.PET scan shows a localised tumour but biopsy score is Gleason 9 with no evidence of neural invasion or Lymphovascular invasion(one week back).MRI has not been done this time.I am more inclined to radiotherapy with antiandrogen as urinary incontinance would destroy my quality of life after prostectomy. Is radiotherapy with antiandrogen better in terms of quality of life.Secondly what is the experience with hormones. can I wait for 2-3 weeks as I am confused on the modality of treatment.I have seen on the net there are oral hormones and injectables.

would be grateful to have your inputs.
