Rising PSA

Ended Plato four months ago with a PSA of .9. It has steadily been increasing with no treatments one month ago. It was 24, last week labs showed the PSA ad risen to 61 and one month. I am scheduled for Pluvicto again. But at least a month out at this point. I am very concerned. Any ideas?
