Just had #1 Pluvicto as July 2025 PSMA scan showed L of Prostate SUV Max went from 88 to 94.2 and now there are 3 retroperitoneal lymph nodes with SUV Max in mid 20s. #2 Pluvicto on March 9th. So far asymptomatic, this Oct 2026 will be the 12th Cancerversary when PSA was 552.2. Life with #stageivpca
