Venous leakage after prostatectomy.
Anyone with venous leakage have this problem. Urologist did an ultrasound. Tiny shot of trimix and I got an erection while standing up. As soon as I laid back down on the table the erection was gone in a few seconds. Tried standing back up with no luck. Only thing the urologist said was implant time. Tried pills, pumps with rings but nothing will work for penetration. Not too keen on an implant. Been 6 years now.

. Has anyone mentioned Venous Leak Embolization to you? It is described as a minimally invasive blocking of specific leaking outflow veins. I can't personally speak on this procedure, but I found this research article on it: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10156837/.
