Prostate Cancer Journey

Hello everyone, I've been diagnosed with prostate cancer in February of this year. Out of 12 samples taken, I have two that are in group seven, and two that are in group four. After a full PET scan, the cancer has not spread.

Navigating treatment options

I tried to have prostate removal surgery three weeks ago but had to stop midway through due to scarring tissue around the colon from hernia surgeries. The doctors were afraid that it could rupture the colon and put me in a bag for the rest of my life. The surgeon felt we should move on with radiation therapy first.

Considering herbal remedies, too

I have been taking soursop leaves tea for the last week, and I'm going to start making Essiac tea as well. I heard that several others with stage 4 cancers, including prostate and pancreas, may have had their tumors shrink and lived longer due to taking these two remedies. I would like to know some thoughts on radiation therapy as well as herbal medicines from others, if I can. Thank you.
