After prostate surgery, how to replace pleasure of prostate stimulate?
In my mid-20s I discovered that prostate "massage" produced awesome orgasm. But after prostatectomy in mid-70s that's no longer possible. Anal stimulation still produces some pleasure, but not near enough to produce an orgasm.
Is there some other way to achieve similar results?
