Anyone able to help?

Diagnosed in Feb '25 Gleason 7 PSA 20 encapsulated cancer in prostate only. Elected to go Proton Beam route. Prior to that my Med Oncologist started me on 1000 mg of abiraterone with an additional 250 mg of Oyrgyvx. He lowered my dosage of abiraterone to 500 mg after 4 weeks and continued with Oyrgyvx/250mg. Took me off of abiraterone after 14 sessions of Proton Beam. He admitted and apologized he forgot to get me off it prior to Proton Beam. After completing my 28 sessions of Proton Beam, teo weeks later I suffered symptoms of terrible pain throughout my muscles and joints. Took one 4 mg dose of prednisone through my GP and had some improvement in legs. Saw my Med Oncologist the next day and he asked "when did I quit taking prednisone before?" I said I never took prednisone before. He reacted by raising his voice saying he did write a script for prednisone during abiraterone therapy and I told him no. Since then my new med oncologist told me he would have only given me Orygyvx for 6 months and now I have terrible PMR like symptoms. Ruled out suppression of cortisol and now trying to figure it out. Any thoughts here?
