Anyone happen to know if a DRE can cause hypertension and 250RBC in urine test?

Recently had a DRE by my urologist. A few hours later I had to get a physical done for work by another clinic. I have hypertension but their findings were thru the roof! My hypertension has never been that high. Also, my urine showed 250 RBC. Which is also through the roof. Wondering if this is due to the DRE performed a few hours prior. I’m waiting on the results of full blood work from the urologist. Thank you
