Please tell me If I will ever urinate normally again

I already posted about losing penile length. I didn't have Prostate Cancer but I'm sure men who have had some of their Prostate removed can help me with my current condition

I had BPH a long time. Frequent urination. Urgency. Used to urinate a few ounces at a time. My Urologist put me on Flomax about 9 years ago. It helped in that after sitting it used to take me forever to urinate and I would strain. I was able to live with BPH until about 2 years ago I developed incontinence. It was so bad the last few months. I would urinate about 45 ounces into a Northshore diaper when I slept. I literally didn't wake up to urinate because urine was coming out involuntarily when I slept. I would wake up with one side of the diaper soaked as it leaked. During the day I would use Depends Night Defense but I also was urinate a lot involuntarily during the day. Saw a new Urologist when I moved to a different state who put me on Silodosin and Tadalifil. I was able to urinate much greater amounts but it didn't help my incontinence. He told me my kidneys were failing as I was retaining too much urine. My bladder was stretched out. Had TURP surgery about 3 weeks ago.

I thought I was going to have normal urinations. Nope. I get urgency and urinate an 1/8 of an ounce or less. I might void 5 times in rapid succession. The smallest of amount of urine in my bladder triggers urgency. As I'm still wearing diapers I'll just go. Have relief for a couple minutes and have to go again. I had a Sonogram. I'm not retaining urine. Whatever is in there comes out immediately. If I'm not wearing a diaper and walking around the bathroom sometimes urine will just come out. I'm still incontinent.

My penis and scrotum are still sore. I notice the urine is cloudy. A small amount of blood occasionally but basically the blood is gone. When I last spoke to my Urologist all he could say is it takes time. When I asked him if he had another patients like me all he could say was my Prostate and Bladder were in pretty bad shape.

How does one live like this. I have yet to have a normal urination. Worst yet is I have got a skin infection from penis turtling and always surrounded by urine. Even my scrotum got infected. Many men are happy after a TURP saying they can urinate like when they were 20. I'm also 75 and I urinate like a man 95.

I thought I could go movies again and be able to sit hours through a feature without having to use the bathroom. Board a plane flight and sit 5 hours and only go once. Instead I'm in the process of becoming an invalid. Who wants to walk around with a diaper all day and it gets so heavy you have to go back to your apartment to change it.

If any men who had their prostate partially removed from cancer surgery and have had similar side effects I would like to hear from you. Obviously you were in worse shape because you had Prostate Cancer but your surgery would be similar to mine.
