It notes that at very low levels, such as you are experiencing, there can be causes besides cancer, such as benign material left over from the removal. That said, the most common cause is returning cancer, which is why it is so important to speak with your specialists. At the level of PSA you are experiencing there may not even be much to do yet, as even the PSMA PET isn't considered reliable for detecting recurrent PCa until 0.2 PSA.
