PSA awareness
My PSA is tested quartely. I have prostate cancer detected some 26 months ago with a PSA if 15. Since then, the PSA is virtually unmeasurable- I am on on XTANDI daily and Lupron quarterly. I am 83 and recommend that my family monitor their PSA annually
There is evidence that Prostate Cancer(PCa) can be related to passing on the BRCA gene and can impact both men (PCa) and women (Breast Cancer) So it is a good idea for direct line family members to be aware of the need take an active role when it comes to cancer …Dennis (patient leader) Totally agree
