Instructions on how to upload a profile picture:
1. Click on the avatar icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen - see the attached screenshot to reference
2. Click on "Account Settings" in the drop-down menu
3. On the next landing page, you will be prompted to "Upload Photo" under your user avatar
4. Select a photo (if you prefer to stay anonymous, feel free to upload a picture that means something to you instead of a picture of yourself)
5. Hit upload
