Do you have intentions for the year to come?

Some people set resolutions at the start of a new year, others do not opt into the resolution trend. We all should have intentions for the new year though; not going to the gym or eating better, but rather a more general intention or goal.

Tell us, what are your intentions for the new year?

  1. I ran 3 half marathons (13.1 miles) on ADT. Now that I have completed my treatment, I am seriously considering running a full marathon in 2024. Feeling great and strong!

    1. That’s fantastic! Just curious, were you also on oral chemo with your ADT?

  2. I have been a member of a prostate support group for over 20 years, here in Northeast Pa. we met monthly in Scranton, Pa. and welcome all. Prior to covid our group numbered 75 active folks and dozens of wives. We tried doing zoom meetings for the last 3 years and have recently started meetings in person, again. Our mission is to educate the newl diagnosed, and will not make any comments on what course of action is the best for someone, as each type of treatment has its' side effects and results. If you are in NEPA and need to hear from those of us who have walked this path, and our group has had almost every type of treatment available including hifu and watchful waiting, please do not to hesitate to contact me with your email address and I will reach out to you with further details and information
