Will NMN at 500 mg a day and resveratrol supplement add potentially to my prostate tumor growth?

Hi . It is understandable and good that you want to find out if supplements could potentially impact your prostate cancer. I need to note that we are not medical professionals and, for your protection cannot provide medical advice. I do know that there had been research about nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) supplements contributing to cancer cell growth (see here for example: https://aacrjournals.org/cancerres/article/85/8_Supplement_1/4168/759716/Abstract-4168-NMN-supplementation-enhances). In contrast, there is research finding that resveratrol may actually "interfere with prostate cancer initiation and progression:" https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7931005/. What all this would mean for your case I don't know, which is why it always important to discuss any supplements with your doctors. Hoping this information is helpful in informing those further discussions with your medical team. Best, Richard (Team Member)
