Iam anxious and depressed because of my treatments

Since 2028 I was diagnosed with PC and at that time my Dr recommend me to do HIFU by ablation my Gleason was at 8 instead surgery due to my edge at that time was 47.After 3 yrs ago my PSA levels were below 4.0 ng/ml but on 2022 those levels were increasing little by little so in June 2023 my PSA went up to 19 ng/ml so my oncology recommend me to start using nubeqa and luprol since the first diagnose I el was taking only bicalutamide.So back to 2023 my oncologist scheduled me 6 cycles of Abraxane that didn't work due to allergic reactions, second switch it for cabacitaxel and same results allergic reactions ,so last but no least he offered me Abraxane and that one worked.after finished quimo treatment my PSA levels dropped down again below 4.0 ng/ml so he ordered a CT PET scan which showed a lot of improvement than the first one when my PSA raised up to 19 ng/ml I asked my doctor if we can say that my illness was on remission or what was its stage but he told me that we call it dormant stage so for that reason he recommend me to get inmunoterapy provence treatment but my PSA levels after finished that provenge treatment started raising up eventually so he ordered a liquid biopsy and the results were that it began to become resistant to the AR so he ordered another CT PET scan in order to find out what could it be that trending to started raising instead going down and the reason of that result was that spread out again to the lymph nodes but at this time that also spread to the nones.So that why I got in shock anxious and depressed so that's what I asked my doctor if it was terminal, but thanks God he said NO but what he recommend me was to get a radiation (IV) treatment plus Xtandi,so next week I have and appointment with my oncologist radiologist in order to set up a treatment plan to start working on it.But for the meantime I am still anxious and restless since we have talked even though he told me that still have more treatment options.
