  1. Hi . Cancer related fatigue is certainly familiar to many in the community. Here is an article on combating cancer related fatigue: https://prostatecancer.net/living/combating-fatigue. Did you have androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) as part of your treatment? I ask because it can definitely have fatigue as a side effect. Tony wrote here about fatigue and ADT: https://prostatecancer.net/living/adt-fatigue. Even if you are no longer on it, some men, such as Dennis here: https://prostatecancer.net/living/androgen-deprivation-therapy, found the impact/side effects from the treatment to last significantly longer than expected. Have your doctors had any thoughts on the impacts of your treatment on fatigue? Hoping you can get some answers soon. Best, Richard (Team Member)

    1. Never was on that therapy I had RP soon after diagnosis and that's it so far.
PSA has been undetectable since surgery. I did not have significant fatigue previously. It started about 6 months after surgery.

      1. Hi . Most of what I have seen discusses fatigue after the prostatectomy improving several weeks after surgery. Of course, we are not medical professionals and I can't say that what you are experiencing isn't related to the surgery. I know COPD can cause fatigue (see our sister-site for COPD https://copd.net/), but you mentioned that your case is mild. Have you had a chance to speak to your urologist? Hoping you can get some answers soon. Best, Richard (Team Member)

    2. Thanks I follow up with her in 2 weeks. PCP can''t find anything remarkable on cbc or mep panel.
Thank I'll post after my follow up.
