PSA levels post Biopsy and surgery

Pre biopsy and surgery I was told my cancer had NOT been found anywhere except my prostrate. That was October 2025, since I have had my PSA levels checked, it was 0.036 90 days post surgery. Latest PSA almost a year later 0.15 which is close to the level the doctor will speak to me about other options.
I believe either the biopsy or surgery allowed the cancer to spread, I would never have another biopsy in regards to cancer.
City of Hope has NO OPTION except radiation or chemo., no trials. They are in it for future procedures and the money only, in my opinion.
