Your experience when prostate cancer moves to the lung

Four years battling PC metastasis in bones with Xtandi and Lupron with success. Took a six month break from meds and now PSA has jumped and scans indicate PC in right lung node.
Starting back on Xtandi and Lupron. If that doesn’t work fairly quickly I’ll start chemo with Docetaxel. Has anyone had a similar experience?
