Anal stimulation
Just had to 6 weeks ago. I expect erectile disfunction will follow. Has anyone tried anal stimulation?? Since there is no prostate to rub,I am wondering if anal stimulation will help.

Im certainly no expert, but you might let that heal for awhile.
Also nerve regeneration. I had a double neck fusion many years ago (skiing too crazily). The docs told me nerves can grow back but there was some slow rate at which they recover.
