Life Insurance

Age 65. Gleason 6, PSA 9.8, PiRADS 5. I have been on Active Surveillance for 2 years. PSA every 6 months and biopsy every 12 months.
I have a 20 year term life policy that expires in November, 2023. Early indications suggest that I cannot get a new policy, and renewing the existing policy would increase the premium 10 fold.

Any suggestions or input would be appreciated.
