Orgovyx immunotherapy

Hello all, details:
Taking Orgovyx for 3 years, PSA staying @ less than 1.
Now have returning BPH; using over counter supplements that are working
Questions: anyone on similar track?
Or is using Xtandi?
Possibly has used Japanese water vapor to alleviate BPH?
