Testicular cyst

A little history, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2018. Had surgery to remove the prostate. About 18 months later my psa began to rise. I underwent 35 radiation sessions and a year of Lupron. As the impacts of lupron faded I developed a penny size cyst in my testicle sack.
Has this happened to anyone else?
What if any treatments did you have?
